Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1817407 Primary Facility 2009-07-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted According to records, well completed on 8/8/08 to a depth of 3,627 ft and WRAC submitted on 10/6/08. Active permit since 1/22/08. Well head completed with 7¿ pipe reduced to 4¿ and reduced to 2¿ production line with 3 shut off valves. Production equipment consisted of heater, separator, data logger and 100 bbl tank. Brine tank was nearly full. Data logger showed pressures of 180 psi/75 psi. No E&S issues and no IW issues during inspection surrounding the production well. Wellhead was painted recently. Called Dorso and talked to Dave Scott. Well tag probably covered in paint and requested that a new tag added to well head. Brine tank on schedule for pump out next week
1888990 Primary Facility 2010-06-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was drilled and in production. Well tag wasdifficult to read as it was painted over, but data logger was clearly marked. Although it is recommended that operator clearly identify the well with API number. Brine tank appeared stable. Attempts to restore the site were apparent, but less than 70% vegetative growth was observed, particularly in the area were it appears a pit may have been previously located. It is recommended that the operator promptly reseed the site in order to reach optimal, permanent restoration. Area surrounding well head was mostly rocked. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to access road or well site. Access road was stable. Follow up inspection will be done to ensure proper and uniform permanent stabilzation/restoration is achieved.
