WRAC submitted and approved on 10/4/91. Well plugged on 2/7/94 and plug report submitted on 12/17/90. However, well was in operation. Well head consisted of 8¿ pipe reduced to 4¿ reducer to 2¿ production line with 3 shut off valves. Dual data logger consists of 15/0 psi. Production equipment consisted of separator and 100 bbl brine tank with < 15 bbl fluid. No signs of leakage of gas around wellhead. At the time of inspection, no E&S issues and no IW issues. 1901041 Primary Facility 2010-07-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, well was properly tagged, drilled, and in production with pump jack. According to submitted records, initial well was plugged and rig was skid approximately 10ft to drill current well. WRAC indicates current well completed on 2/21/90 and began production in 1994. Plugged well (plugging completion 12/17/90 INSP ID#21946) should be identified with an A, official records should be submitted confirming skid, (EDWARD J. LUTHER JR. 3A) in order to differentiate between the current well and plugged well. Brine tank appeared sound. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted. Site was adequately and uniformly restored. Production equipment appeared very rusty, recommended operator inspection integrity to avoid any potential issues that may occur.
