Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2757194 Primary Facility 2018-07-16 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Gary Northime was onsite shoveling pea gravel into the well. Attainable bottom had to be approved because tools kept getting hung up in the well. Northime believed that there may have been tools in the well from prior work years ago. This well did not have any production or intermediate casing. There was 767' of 6 1/4" in the well. A lined pit was used for plugging. A solid plug of cement was pumped from attainable bottom (1516') to 662'. A marker had not been set since an API number had not been issued yet.
2760338 Primary Facility 2018-08-03 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the marker has been set on the well. It was a 2" vent pipe with the API number welded to a plate which is attached to the top of the pipe. An old wooden tank still sets next to the plugged well and an old engine was uphill near the tree line.
