2628090 Primary Facility 2017-08-21 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Sidewinder rig 62 is onsite drilling 12 1/4" hole. Surface casing was cemented using 715 sxs (157 bbls) Class A, 15.6 ppg, 1.23 yield. Displaced with 103 bbls water. Floats held (bled 1/2 bbl back). 52 bbls cement were returned to surface. Float collar set at 668'. 10 centralizers were used. All chemicals were on containment and containment appeared to be free of rips/tears.
2629463 Primary Facility 2017-08-23 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Sidewinder 62 is onsite drilling 8 3/4" hole. 9 5/8" was cemented using a lead of 205 sxs (46 bbls) Class A, 15.2#, 1.26 yield and tail of 355 sxs (78 bbls) Gas Block, 15.6#, 1.23 yield. Displaced with 130 bbls water. Plug bumped to 1500 psi and floats held (1 bbl back). 22 bbls cement returned to surface. A float shoe and float collar were used along with 25 centralizers. BOP was tested on 8/21. Containment was in good condition. Chemicals were all contained.
2635302 Primary Facility 2017-08-30 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Sidewinder rig 62 has skid to the 5H well. This well had production casing cemented using a lead of 716 sxs (171 bbls) 50/50 Poz, 3% bentonite, 13.8 ppg, 1.34 yield and tail of 1184 sxs (410 bbls) Acid Soluble Class A, 14.8 ppg, 1.95 yield. Displaced with 315 bbls. Plug laned and floats held. Top of cement at 690'. A float shoe and float collar (top at 14170') were used along with 298 centralizers.
