Well apparatus, gas production units, and brine tanks appeared to be functioning. No observation of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the well pad or access road.

Inspect four areas along access road where riprap was added to provide slope protection. Redline additions on Erosion and Sedimentation plan. Well site consists of 5 wells in production which include the 1H-019-22256, 2H-019-22245, 3H-003-22294, 7H-003-22295 and 10H-019-22290. Tank battery consists of two 500 bbl tanks in containment. Vegetative growth established in previously disturbed areas.
