Well integrity appears to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills at the site. There is some very minor rust, but it is superficial. There is a gauge for the production casing reading 284 psi and one for tubing reading 175 psi. The well is properly labeled. The Emergency Response sign remains posted. Cellar is filled with gravel to about 6" down. No water present. There were 2 tanks being used for condensate and 5 for produced water. They were all contained in a lined, steel dike. In a separate lined, steel dike, there were 5 line heaters. Pad is fenced in.

Snow on ground.
