Well integrity appeared to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills at the site. There was some rust on the wellhead, but was only superficial. Well was properly labeled and Emergency Response sign remains posted at the lease access entrance. There were 2 separators onsite, as well as a line heater, corrector, and chart. Chart was recently changed on 9/17. There were 2 fiberglass tanks within an earthen dike. Production is being reported to the Department.
2692952 Primary Facility 2018-02-08 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, I met with well tender to inspect. Pressure on the well was around 40 psi. The well tender stated it averages 20-40 mcfpd. The well integrity was in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills. Any corrosion is superficial (paint chipping and minor rust). There are also 2 fiberglass tanks within an earthen dike. There was also 2 separators and a meter. The Emergency Response sign is posted at the lease entrance and the well is properly labeled. Production is being reported to the Department.
