There was a pump jacked hooked up to electricity and there was a sheen on the rods. Some oil was over the wellhead and made it on to the ground. There was approx. 1-2 foot radius around the base of the wellhead that oil had covered. This needs attention and the are should be cleaned up. There was a small, steel tank hooked up to the well. The base of the small tank had piping to a larger, plastic tank that was in a wooded area. The location also had a large, steel tank laying on it's side. I could not determine if there was any oil or residue in this tank. Well did not have a label. Production data has never been reported to the Department. Both of these issues should be corrected.
