Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2503844 Primary Facility 2016-07-20 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted
2760332 Primary Facility 2018-08-02 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Toby Dishong had a service rig set up at the well. So far, he discovered that the well was bridged off at 719'. He has been attempting to clean this out. There are no good records for the well except a possible TD of 1828'. A vent pipe was assembled that extended about 30 ft. high and had a decent amount of gas. It is believed there is a hole in the pipe allowing it to escape out the annulus. There is 5 1/2" casing with a 6 5/8" swedge on top.

There were 2 plastic totes being used and 2 small tanks are also available. A silt fence was installed along the stream near the well.
