2756124 Primary Facility 2018-07-24 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was producing. The landowner said that they get house gas from the well. There was a regulator and meter within a wooden box just downhill from the well. There was also a steel tank just uphill from the well too. Well integrity was in good condition, with no signs of any leaks from the well. The only corrosion was some superficial rust, but it was not posing any threats. The well record has this as being a Knox 4th well with a TD at 1460'. There is 3 1/2" set to 1329' which is inside of 6 1/4" (set to 540'). Production was not reported for 2017, but in 2016 it made 125 mcf for 365 days.
