Well integrity appeared to be in good condition. There was a slight smell of gas in the air, but i could not pinpoint where it was coming from. The well was properly labeled. It appears that there is 3" inside of 6 1/4" casing for the well. Production had been reported to the Department up until 2015. Please start to do so again. |
