Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2791342 Primary Facility 2018-10-18 Preoperation Inspection No Violations Noted This inspection fulfills Oil & Gas Act 3258 (a.1) Pre-operation Inspections.

I spoke with Jeff Watts (JL Watts) and Tyrell Wheeler (Repsol) on site. They explained that the heavy equipment (e.g. bulldozers) constructing the pad utilize GPS systems to guide their operators. JLP

2816801 Primary Facility 2018-12-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, crew were spudding/setting conductor pipe.
2825700 Primary Facility 2019-01-11 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Repsol spudded 4 Marcellus wells (photo 1) here in December, 2018. JLP
2851322 Primary Facility 2019-03-11 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At time of inspection, crew was still moving onto well pad and setting up rig.

Will return at a later date when drilling operations begin to perform a complete inspection.

2853937 Primary Facility 2019-03-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I spoke with Terry Anderson (Repsol) on site. He said they'll be drilling the 4 Marcellus wells on this pad for about 2 more months.

I used an Oakton PCSTestr 35 to get electrical conductivity readings from pooled water on site. A puddle on the secondary containment liner returned 0.23 mS/cm, a puddle in the rock lined ditch near access road returned 0.34 mS/cm. JLP
