Tory Rogers, site safety supervisor, showed me around the site. They are currently drilling on the 6H with the Patterson Rig 805 and just recently started. The 40 gallon cement spill on containment that occurred on 12/3/2018 appeared to be cleaned up and remediated (see photo #1). All fluids observed were frozen, no issues were noted. No erosional issues were observed. All containment looked to be functioning properly. They are using double walled containment around there frac tanks which appeared to be working well. (photo #3). Tory was able to email me some photos taken on the day of the cement spill and a map to show the location (see photos #5, 6, 7, & 8). No violations noted at this time. I departed the site at 0920 hours. |
