2816867 Primary Facility 2018-12-10 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Routine inspection with DEP OGI Andy Becher. Trey Villarreal, representative for Chief, met us upon arrival. A spud rig was spudding the second of four wells at the time of the inspection. All five well cellars had been installed. No fluids were present on location at the time of inspection. The protective fence near the entrance of the access road that had been missing at the time of the preop inspection was installed at the time of this inspection.

No E&S issues noted. Site is stable.

2848429 Primary Facility 2019-03-04 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted On March 4, 2019, Department representative Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at Chief Oil & Gas SGL 36 Pad. Met with Ty, Chief Company Man and Eric McClure, Environmental Specialist. Precision Drill Rig 659 was tripping out of well 4H at the time of inspection. Eric gave a tour around the pad. Chemicals were stored in secondary containment. There was no apparent puddles or sheens in containment. Snow cover did not allow for E&S controls to be evaluated.
