Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2311415 Primary Facility 2014-10-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2409589 Primary Facility 2015-09-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived @ 13:00, weather sunny, nice. This inspection was prompted by an Inactive Status Application. There is one spudded well, locked and tagged with 3 annular vents. Well top gauge reading 0, well shut-in. There was approximately 3’ of water in the cellar, no bubbling. Field monitoring with an Altair 5X gas meter calibrated on 9/21/15 yielded 0% methane on all 3 annular vents. 2” piping, hammer union joints and assorted other iron were near the well head. There is active pipeline construction nearby and the pad, closest to the access road was being used for parking and staging some materials. Left location @ 13:15.
2799129 Primary Facility 2018-11-06 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol Oil & Gas's Haralambous 03-074 well pad in Columbia Township, Bradford County on 11/6/2018 at 1140 hours. The inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. The weather was 53 degrees and raining.

There is currently one active well onsite with one production tank. All PCSM practices are in place and appear to be functioning properly. The site is very well vegetated and stabilized. No temporary E&S BMPs were observed. A well site restoration report has been accepted by the DEP.

I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. No violations noted at this time.

I departed the site at 1210.
