The Department was represented by Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist. Nobody was present for SWN.
The E&S plan, site sign and weekly inspection logs were available for review. The slopes of the well pad were well vegetated. No erosion issues were observed. A Sigma 3 truck was on site conducting seismic testing as part of the completions work being conducted at the GU-4-Pad. The rig was on containment and a vac truck was on site removing stormwater from the containment. Other trucks and equipment were being stored on site as part of the completions work on the 4 Pad. The trucks were parked over containment. There was no staining on the well pad surface. All puddles on the pad were low in specific conductivity. There was one well drilled on the well pad. There were 23 frac tanks on secondary containment during the inspection. All of the tanks appeared to be empty. In addition, six frac tanks were not observed on secondary containment, and also appeared to be empty. Puddles on the pad were low in specific conductivity. The well was tagged and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. One production tank and one GPU were observed in secondary containment. Puddles on the pad tested low for specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the pad surface. No violations were observed during the inspection. |

There is currently one well in production with one production tank onsite. The site is well vegetated and appears to be stabilized. All PCSM BMPs are in place and appear to be functioning properly. No temporary E&S BMPs were observed onsite. This well site restoration report is accepted at this time. A Notice of Termination for this site's ESCGP will also be accepted upon submission. No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1240 hours. |
