2596730 Primary Facility 2017-05-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On May 18, 2017, at 1100 hrs., the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil & Gas USA LLC, Harvey M 05-073 well pad in Orwell Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist, represented the Department. A Repsol representative was on site during the inspection performing maintenance work on the GPUs.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was observed to have adequate vegetation established on the slopes of the well pad. No erosion issues were observed. PCSM has been addressed at the site. A sediment trap was also observed on site.

Three wells were in production during the inspection. All of the wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed on the well cellar. Two production tanks and three GPUs were on secondary containment. The tanks and the containment were in good condition. All puddles on the well pad surface were low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the pad surface

2694857 Primary Facility 2018-02-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On February 14, 2018, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil and Gas USA LLC, Harvey M 05-073 well site in Orwell Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for Repsol.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The last inspection conducted by Repsol occurred on 2/6/2018. The site was partially snow covered, but did appear to be adequately stabilized with perennial vegetation. The well pad has not been reduced, but PCSM has been addressed.

Three wells were in production during the inspection. The wells were all tagged and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. Two production tanks and three GPUs were also on site and in secondary containment. No conductivity readings were taken because all puddles were frozen. No staining was observed on the pad surface.

No violations were observed.

2813625 Primary Facility 2018-12-11 Site Restoration No Violations Noted
