The inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. The weather was 53 degrees and raining.

There is currently one active well onsite with one production tank. All PCSM practices are in place and appear to be functioning properly. The site is very well vegetated and stabilized. No temporary E&S BMPs were observed. A well site restoration report has been accepted by the DEP.

I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. No violations noted at this time.

I departed the site at 1210.
