2594296 Primary Facility 2017-05-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On May 16, 2017, at 1130 hrs., the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil & Gas USA LLC, Warner 05-002 well pad location in Pike Township, Bradford County. The Department was represented by Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist. Nobody was present for Repsol.

The site sign, E & S plan and inspection logs were on site and available for review. The slopes of the well pad were observed to be well vegetated. No erosion issues were observed.

Four wells were in production during the inspection. The wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. Two production tanks and four GPUs were observed in secondary containment. Liquid within the secondary containment was observed to be low in specific conductivity. Puddles on the pad were also low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the well pad surface.

The well pad has been reduced in size, and a bioretention basin has been installed at the site. No violations were observed during this inspection
