Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2020686 Primary Facility 2011-11-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Preparing to fract well. Laying down liner. Cellar filled with water, however no visible bubbling. No gauges on annuli. Haliburton to arrive on or about 11/20/11. Fract expected to commence 11/22-11/23
2156038 Primary Facility 2013-04-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2581987 Primary Facility 2017-04-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On April 5, 2017, at 1150 hrs., the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil & Gas USA, Inc., Hutchinson R (05-165) well site in Warren Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist, represented the Department. Nobody was present for Repsol.

The E&S plan, site sign and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The slopes of the well pad and the topsoil stockpiles were well vegetated. No erosion issues were observed. Two PCSM BMPs were observed to be installed at the site.

One well was in production during the inspection. The well was labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. Two production tanks and one GPU were on secondary containment. The containment structures were in good condition during the inspection. Puddles on the well pad and water in the secondary containment tested low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the well pad surface.

The well pad has not been reduced, but two bioretention basin

2816430 Primary Facility 2018-12-17 Site Restoration No Violations Noted NOT approval.

I took electrical conductivity readings from pooled water with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. A puddle on the pad surface returned 0.03 mS/cm. A Repsol worker is on site. Air temp 37F. JLP
