2637506 Primary Facility 2017-09-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On September 13, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil & Gas USA LLC, Strope G 05-026 well site in Warren Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Ensign employees were on site performing flowback operations. The Repsol company man was not on site.

Workers were flowing back wells that were recently stimulated. The temporary above ground water line has been almost completely dismantled. Rig mats and some containment have also been removed. Approximately one third of the pad still has containment. Puddles on the pad surface were low in specific conductivity. Two puddles of water in on secondary containment had elevated conductivity readings. At the southwest corner of the pad, frac tanks were in containment and a small puddle had conductivity readings of approximately 3.0 mS/cm. Another area noted was a plastic containment tray with a small of liquid with a conductivity reading of 5.5 mS/cm. The Department recommends removing the liquid f
