The inspection was conducted in response to a notice of Termination received by the DEP. One actively producing well is onsite along with 7 others that are plugged. This site appears to be well stabilized and no temporary E&S BMPs were observed. All PCSM control practices are in place and appear to be functioning properly. I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. No violations were noted. I departed the site at 1105. |
