2800469	Primary Facility	2018-11-07	Site Restoration	No Violations Noted	The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol Oil & Gas's Vanblarcom J 03-054 well pad in Columbia Township, Bradford County on 11/7/2018 at 1230 hours. The inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. The weather was 53 degrees, windy, and partly cloudy. There are currently 4 producing wells onsite with one production tank. All PCSM practices are in place and functioning properly. The site is well vegetated, stabilized, and no temporary E&S BMPs were observed. A well site restoration report will be accepted upon submission. I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. No violations noted at this time. I departed the site at 1300.
