This site currently has 3 active, 1 inactive and 4 plugged wells. The site is stabilized and very well vegetated. All PCSM controls are in place and appear to be functioning properly. A well site restoration report has been accepted by the DEP. All fluids onsite were field measured within normal conductivity ranges. I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. No violations noted at this time. I departed the site at 1330.
