2726754 Primary Facility 2018-04-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted rrived at 14:00. Weather: low 40's, sun. One well on location, tagged and locked and surrounded by concrete jersey barriers. This inspection was prompted by a request for an inactive status extension by Rockdale Marcellus, which recently acquired the site. At this time it was not possible to evaluate annuli due to gravel-filled cellAr and shut- in vents. Contacted Rockdale for a follow-up inspection.
2729957 Primary Facility 2018-05-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived at 9:30. Weather: very pleasant. Met with Rockdale production engineer, Nathan Smelser for this follow up inspection in conjunction with an application for regulatory inactive well status for this 2-string vertical Oriskany well. Annular vent was open, no methane was detected. No violations were observed during this inspection.
2839576 Primary Facility 2019-02-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection conducted to assess overall site conditions. One well head is present with well tag. At the time of this inspection, this well is listed in active status. Well tag says SWEPI instead of Rockdale. The Department recommends that Rockdale replace the well tag.

A plastic container is present near the well head and is labeled produced water. The secondary containment under this container appears to be under-sized. This containment was filled with snow at the time of this inspection. The Department recommends more substantial secondary containment for the produced water container. No other production equipment is present on the pad.

Large erosion channels present on the access road. Snow cover obscured the rest of the site.

No violations noted.
