Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2089681 Primary Facility 2012-08-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Pre-operation inspection as requested by the Operator. At the time of inspection the erosion and sedimentation control plan was on site. The site was built according to plan and all BMPs appeared to be properly installed and maintained. The drill pit located onsite appeared to be in sound condition and had the required 2' of freeboard. The Department also suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure erosion and sedimentation is kept at a minimum.
2110440 Primary Facility 2012-10-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well operating and properly identified.
2111182 Primary Facility 2012-10-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the site appeared to be drilled and equipped for production. The associated well apparatus and brine tanks appeared to be in very good condition. The Department notes that the operator has re-graded, seeded and mulched the disturbed area, but does not yet have 70% vegetative cover. Department also suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure erosion and sedimentation is kept at a minimum.
2173554 Primary Facility 2013-06-07 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tanks located on-site and they appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been properly regraded, seeded, mulched and the vegetation had begun to take hold. It was noted at the time of the inspection that the majority of the site had been disturbed so that the surrounding field could be utilized for agricultural crop development. Due to this the collection ditch located at the bottom of the slope adjacent to the well equipment should be stabilized with durable rock so as to minimize the amount of sediment generated and transported to or across the cultivated field.
2442028 Primary Facility 2016-01-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well tagged-in production. Annulus open. Well head casing-production equipment-meter set-2-100 bbl tanks all looked ok.
2482695 Primary Facility 2016-05-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tanks located onsite and they appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. It was noted that well was located amidst agricultural fields.
