2002282 Primary Facility 2011-09-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had not commenced at the time of the inspection. Site had been constructed some time ago as the fill slope had naturally revegetated. Drill pit located onsite and it contained what appeared to be rainwater accumulation. The pit had more than the required two feet of freeboard and numerous frogs were observed inhabiting the pit. The site had been constructed and the E&S controls had been implanted as the E&S plan located onsite outlined.

Brine tanks located onsite and they appeared to be in sound condition. Restoration activities were ongoing at the time of the inspection. Drill pit had been regraded. The operator should implement mulch and seeding to effectively stabilize the well pad for the coming winter months as soon as the process of regrading the well-site is completed.
