1979483 Primary Facility 2011-06-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well is drilled, not equipped. The pit is sound /appears to be in sound condition. Site ID sign and E&S plan located. There is no evidence of accelerated erosion and sedimentation on the well site or the access road.
1995089 Primary Facility 2011-08-11 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed, well was not equipped for production. Drill pit located onsite and it contained drill cuttings and minimal fluids. It was noted that there appeared to be 5-10 gallons of dyed petroleum fuel in the drill pit. The operator should enusre that this fluid is removed prior to pit closure is undertaken. E&S controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan and no accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed in relation to the site or access road. No evidence was found which indicated an excessive amount of dust would have been generated during well development activities.
