Observed no erosion & sedimentation issues with either the access road or site. Operator should continue to monitor all erosion controls to insure their continued functionality. Frac pits located onsite appeared to be predominantly frozen and had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Drill pit onsite as in use. Drill pit appeared to have a lot of frozen liquid. Rig was depositing cuttings and fluids into the pit. Noted that the pit was approaching the freeboard limit. Spoke with the company man while onsite and confirmed that should it be necessary there is a plan in place to utilize tanks to contain cuttings and fluids until weather permits removal of fluid from the drill pit.
