1901279 Primary Facility 2010-07-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drill rig onsite, rig was waiting for cement to continue to drilling. Below grade pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Erosion & sediment controls implemented as outlined in the E&S plan. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site. Operator should continue to monitor the site to insure the silt fencing, culvert BMP's and sediment trap function properly.
1913062 Primary Facility 2010-09-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed and well appeared to have been stimulated at the time of the inspection. Frac impoundment located onsite and it was empty. Below grade drill pit located onsite and it contained minimal fluids along with the drill cuttings. All erosion controls have been functioning properly and no accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the site or access road.
1945618 Primary Facility 2011-01-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded, and the access road had been graded and rocked for stabilization. Silt fecncing still onsite and appeared to be functional. Operator should endeavour to seed and mulch the site as soon as the weather permits.
