Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1891381 Primary Facility 2010-06-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well-site not constructed. The erosion control BMP's as outlined in the E&S plan should effectively minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation, provided they are implemented and maintained properly. Spoke via phone with operator representative Walt Emquist and the drill cuttings will be landfarmed due to the probability of a high seasonal groundwater table and the site itself will be rocked with clean durable rock to minimize thhe amount of sediment generated during well development activities.
1906656 Primary Facility 2010-08-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was not ongoing at the time of the onspection. Drill rig not located onsite, but dog house, compressors, and water tank were onsite. Below grade pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard and the liner appeared to be intact. E&S controls had been implemented as outlined in the approved E&S plan. Observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the well-site. The Department recommends that the operator stimulate the well, if neccesary, and begin site reclamation activities as soon as possible.
1908233 Primary Facility 2010-08-13 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted drilling - rig onsite being replaced/E&S ok/ID&pit ok
2323278 Primary Facility 2014-11-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tanks located onsite and they appeared to be in sound condition. Containment around the brine tank contained frozen fluids. The Department recommends that the operator remove and properly dispose of these fluids once conditions allow this. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road.
