Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1865027 Primary Facility 2010-02-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed and logging equipment was located onsite. Noted below and above grade pits located onsite. Both pits had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. The operator should evaluate all site erosion controls for functionality as the snow melts. N oted that there had been a small amount of sediment transported off-site onto SR 2002. Due to the current access road condition and the time of year the operator should implement additional clean durable rock to the access road for stabilization and have a plow and/or broom truck available during well stimulation activities.
1877326 Primary Facility 2010-04-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. The majority of the disturbed area had been regraded, seeded, and mulched. The area upslope from the well head still required seeding and mulching. Obsereved no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site.
