Below grade pit located onsite and both had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. No acclerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site at the time of the inspection. The operator should continue to monitor the access road and erosion control BMP¿s for accelerated erosion & sedimentation until final well development and site restoration activities are completed.
1884113 Primary Facility 2010-05-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was not ongoing at the time of the inspection. Well appeared to have been fraced, but was not equipped for production. Frac and drill pits were located onsite and had more than the required two feet of freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. The operator should continue to monitor all erosion control BMP¿s to insure they continue to function properly until well development and restoration activities are completed.

The operator should evaluate the site and access road in the spring of 2011 for any erosion issues that may have developed over the winter and to insure the vegetative cover achieves the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
