Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1830287 Primary Facility 2009-09-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed at the time of the inspection. Below grade pit located onsite. Observed that it contained drill cuttings and drill fluids and had more than the two feet of required freeboard. Noted that the erosion control measure implemented (i.e. collection ditches) at the well-site appeared to be functioning properly. The operator should continue to monitor these erosion control measures until the site is restored. In addition spoke with operator representative Jeff Grove and expressed concerns about the future stability of the road due to the weather and impending traffic as a result of well stimulation. Mr. Grove stated that additional rock will be implemented on the access road to insure that it remains stable and sediment transport onto SR 2057 is minimized.
