1849961 Primary Facility 2009-12-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of the inspection, the well has been drilled but is not in production. The Site ID sign and E&S plan are present. There is no evidence of accelerated erosion and sedimentation on the well site or the access road.
2005324 Primary Facility 2011-09-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well was spudded on 12/03/09. Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for production. Site required final stabilization and closure of the drill pit onsite. The drill pit contained drill cuttings and fluids and had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. There was no accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed in relation to the site or access road. At this time the Department is requesting that the operator forward documentation stating how long the pit has been located onsite and what the timeframe is for closure of this pit. This documentation should be sent to the attention of WQS Gregory Higgins no later than October 18, 2011.
2017933 Primary Facility 2011-11-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Drill pit and well-site had been regraded and the site had been mulched. The operator should continue to monitor the site to insure that it attains 70% uniform vegetative cover and for accelerated erosion and/or sedimentation until 70% uniform cover is achieved.
