1849286 Primary Facility 2009-12-11 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed on 09/05/08. Well appeared to be equipped for production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Well-site vegetative cover appeared to meet the 70% uniform cocverage criteria. Noted an area below the access road which had minor erosion due to access road runoff. At this time the Department recommends that in the spring of 2010 the operator scarify, reseed, and mulch this area to effectively stabilize it and minimize the potential for this to develop into a larger erosion issue.
