Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1898192 Primary Facility 2010-07-14 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 08/08/08. Well appeared to be equipped for & in production. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. The access road did appear to require routine maintenance to maintain its passability. Noted what appeared to be a well servicing vehicle located onsite. It did not appear that the vehicle or well servicing apparatus was functioning at the time of the inspection. According to the Oil & Gas Act 223 Sec601.206(c) ¿all equipment not needed for production must be removed within 9 months of the completion of drilling unless stored onsite with the written permission of the landowner.¿ At this time the Department is requesting that the operator forward documentation showing that the well service vehicle located onsite is either there with the permission of the landowner or documentation stating that the vehicle will be moved off-site. This documentation should be submitted no later than August 9, 2010.
