This gas well not tagged-leaking and venting gas to atmosphere which also led to nearby resident complaining about frequent gas odor at their residence coming from this well. Noted that the well was leaking a substantial and steady amount of gas from the seperator dump valve and in line box heater. I noted that I could also smell a strong odor of gas from outside the complainants residence every time the wind blew in that direction while I was present and outside of the residence.
