Research indicated year 2009, report was submitted for 100 Mcf. Discussed current non-production issue with operator Thad Hedrick on 12-14-10. Operator stated that well "watered-out" and needs bailed; stated that last time well was bailed was in 1976 when Baker Gas, Inc owned the well; stated that he has been trying for a year and will continue to try to get well bailed; stated that he has been trying to sell the well and has two interested parties. Notified operator that well needs to be in production within 12 months after 12-14-10 or well will be considered an ¿abandoned well¿ under the Pennsylvania Oil and Gas Act (Act 223) and require plugging, except if prior to the 12 month date beginning 12-14-10, the operator has applied for and is granted inactive status according to Act 223.
