All equipment on site looked ok.

2835768 Primary Facility 2019-02-04 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On 2/4/19 at 1309 hrs., I conducted a site restoration inspection of EQT Production Co.'s J A Myers 1 well (API 005-00828) in Burrell Twp., Armstrong Co. A Well Site Restoration Report (attached) was submitted electronically to the Department on 1/18/19. Upon inspection of the site, the well pad has been restored and meets permanent stabilization requirements. The access road and well pad are both stabilized. There are no violations noted for this inspection.
