2828607 | Primary Facility | 2019-01-16 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, Penn Mechanical was onsite. The well was tagged at 1197', where they hit something very hard. They beat on it for 2 hours and made no footage. Plugging operator said it was acting like cement. There are no post drilling records on the well. There had been 50 psi on the well, which was loaded with water to kill it. Plans are to use a chisel tomorrow to try and break through the bridge. |
2831991 | Primary Facility | 2019-01-24 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, Penn Mechanical was onsite preparing to run 2" into the hole and run a power swivel. Due to inclement weather, not much activity has occurred during the past week. No progress had been made getting deeper into the well. |
2834059 | Primary Facility | 2019-01-29 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, Penn Mechanical was stuck in the well after a cave in occurred over top of the bit. The have been working the pipe free. They were at a depth of 2358'. No gas has been encountered since they killed the well on day 1. It was agreed that once they get free, they would tag bottom to see where they are. That will be attainable bottom. I was texted by co. man and they had only pulled 70' of pipe out. They were shutting down until Monday due to the cold temperatures coming. |
2836778 | Primary Facility | 2019-02-05 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, attainable bottom was granted at 2290' due to caving. HB Cementing Services came onsite to plug the bottom portion of the well. This was done in 2 stages, 350' each. This should have cement set to just below where the 4" is set. In preparation for cement, well was washed bottoms up. |
2838118 | Primary Facility | 2019-02-07 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, cementers were onsite again. Cement from 2/5 was tagged at 1420'. 4 1/2" was cut at 1109', but attempt to pull failed. Came up hole and cut at 1000', 893', and 810' with a collar buster. Pulled casing up 20' and decided to cement stub left in well. Cement was set to just below 910'. They will tag tomorrow. |
2841372 | Primary Facility | 2019-02-15 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, rig has moved off location and only some reclaiming equipment remains. After tagging cement from previous job, top was at 1160' ( should have been 910'). More cement was set from 1160' to 810' last Friday. There is now cement at surface. The marker was set as an above ground pipe that has a steel plate affixed to it with the Operator name, API number, and date plugged welded on to it. |
