Wiley cement truck arrived ~9:00 AM with wrong mix again (sand and cement instead of straight portland cement). This was not revealed until pumps and hoses plugged up several times. Managed to get about 30' of cement pumped before shutting down. Released truck with remaining load.

Kennedy cement truck arrived with straight portland cement slurry. However, the mix was too thick, the truck ran out of water and the cement began setting up before much of the job was pumped. 2764919 Primary Facility 2018-08-17 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Viols - Permanently Shut Down Yesterday Coastal power swiveled much of the day with a 4 3/4" tricone bit and air through hard spot at 160'. Drilling improved from 161'-164'. At 164' they lost dust and did not hit any obstruction until 180', recovering gas again, in higher quantity than when work began. TOOH, put vent cap on well, SD.

This morning the well was still gassing and making loud rumbling/gurgling sounds. Coastal took off vented cap and replaced it with a custom-fabricated head equipped with a balon valve and 1" ball valve before demobilizing all equipment in the afternoon. Both valves were closed for weekend until a tank can be plumbed to well.

2765588 Primary Facility 2018-08-20 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Viols - Permanently Shut Down Took well pressure after ~ 60 hour shut-in (both valves were closed for weekend), pressure was +/- 25 # using a 600# gauge. Blew down well and left valves open to to vent overnight.

Stray gas remediation vent at residence was venting gas. Readings with 62-S meter were 4-8% gas.

2765635 Primary Facility 2018-08-21 Routine/Partial Inspection No Viols - Permanently Shut Down Tank has been set beside well and 1" black pipe (steel) plumbed from well to tank. No fluid was produced to tank overnight. Valves will remain open to vent well. Will monitor well and remediation vent and note any changes.

Stray gas remediation vent at residence was not venting gas. Readings with 62-S meter were 0% gas and LEL. Heavy rains prior to inspection and/or successful venting of well may have eliminated gas in vent.
