On 3/15/19 at 1:15am, operator representative DJ Hardy reported a release of 35 gallons impaired water onto the pad as a result of the discharge pump overflowing during fracturing operations. The spill reportedly occurred at 11:30pm. The spill is reported to have remained on the gravel pad and not into the soil or water and it is currently being cleaned up. |
