1970708 Primary Facility 2011-03-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On March 25th, 2011 I conducted a routine inspection of the above site. Drilling has not yet started. The site was under construction. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted at the site. The access road was in good condition. All E&S controls were in place and constructed according to the plan at site. Pit was constructed. The culvert outlets needed riprapped and some corrections were needed to the silt fence installation. The operator was contacted and the corrections were made.. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.

The land owner who had excavated the minor spill visited the site during the inspection. Spill was caused when a fuel line broke on a bulldozer that was left on the well pad over the winter. The bulldozer belonged to his neighbor.
