Drilling was recently completed and equipment was moving offsite. The pits was still in place, no tears were observed and it displayed adequate freeboard. The access road was in good condition. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. E&S controls were constructed according to the plan. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.

1958420 Primary Facility 2011-02-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On February 9th, 2011 I visited this site as a routine inspection. Drilling was recently completed and the well was in production. The pit was closed. The access road was in good condition. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. E&S controls were constructed according to the plan. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.
1992075 Primary Facility 2011-07-08 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On July 8th, 2011 I visited this site as a routine inspection. Drilling was completed and the well was in production. The site was restored. The access road was in good condition. A well tag was present. One tank was surrounded by a dike. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.
2675497 Primary Facility 2017-12-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well drilled and equipped for production. Well tag present, however the API number appears to be incorrect. Well apparatus and brine tank appear to be in sound condition. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed on well site or access road. The Department recommends that the Operator replace the well tag with the correct API number.
