Drilling was taking place at the time of the inspection. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted at the site. The access road was in good condition. All E&S controls were in place and constructed according to the plan at site. The drilling pits looked to be in good condition. The operator should continue to inspect and maintain the E&S controls routinely and after each significant runoff event.

The well was drilled and equipped for production. The associated well apparatus located onsite appeared to be in sound working condition. There were no erosion or sedimentation issues, except what could be contributed to ATV activity. The area around the pad meets the 70% uniform vegetative coverage.
