1867805 Primary Facility 2010-03-05 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted On March 5, 2010 I visitied this site in response to a complaint. The complaint was for excessive mud on the road. When I arrived on site a street sweeper was present and rock was being delivered and placed on the access road to the well site. The access road appeared to be in good conditon and no mud was leaving the site. The public roadway was clean as the street sweeper had been operating earlier in the morning. Drilling was currently taking place. The drilling pits appeared to be in good condition and had more than 2 feet of freeboard. All E&S controls were in place according to the plan on site
1892341 Primary Facility 2010-06-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On June 8th, 2010 I visitied this site as a routine inspection. Drilling was completed. The well is not yet in production. The drilling pits are still open. A site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. All E&S controls were in place according to the plan on site. The access road is in good condition. The operator should continue to inspect and maintain the E&S controls routinely and after each significant runoff event until the site is restored and 70% uniform vegetative cover is achieved.
