Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1509174 Primary Facility 2006-01-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Loc.: Excavation caught many underground springs. LOc. was moved short distance and bench extended slightly. Final restorationwork recommended done as weather dictates due to the need for the area to dry out at bench... late Spring or early Summer. Sed fence is okay and the upper access to the bench helps to avaoid the less stable area below the bench.

NOTED THAT VEGETATION ON SITE HAD TAKEN HOLD. OPERATOR SHOULD CONTINUE TO MONITOR. THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN TO FURTHER STABILIZE THE ACCESS ROAD 1)A BROAD BASED DIP IS TO BE INSTALLED WHERE THE ACCESS ROAD FIRST TURNS RIGHT TO GO UP THE HILL 2) LINE THE DITCH WHERE THE SPRINGS EMPTY OUT WITH ROAD FABRIC AND LINE IT WITH ROCK TO MINIMIZE ANY FURTHER EROSION OF THE DITCH 3) A WATER BAR INSTALLED ON THE ROAD DIRECTLY ABOVE THE AREA WHERE SPRING CULVERT EMPTIES OUT.
1913712 Primary Facility 2010-08-24 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted On August 24th, 2010 I visited this site in response to a complaint. Drilling was completed 02/08/2006. The well was in production. A well tag was present. The site was well vegetated. There was no evidence of spills or leaks observed at the time of inspection. The access road had become eroded by the recent storm event. I met with Huntley and Huntley reperesentative John Hodson on site. The road is to be repaired later in the week and a new cross drain installed.
