1910701 Primary Facility 2010-07-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On July 30th, 2010 I visited this site as a routine inspecton. Drilling was completed 02/08/2001. The well was in production. A well tag was present, but was becoming no longer legible. The access road was in good condition. The site was well vegetated. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.
