1521230847 2018-03-15 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day, I found the well equipped with 20 inch diameter sealed casing at the surface. There is (1) well in production, and (3) wells that have surface casing set, but were never completed. The inactive wells have sealed casing at the surface. All wells have concrete barriers surrounding them. The facility is gated with proper signage. There is a north pad and a south pad. The south pad contains the wells, along with (2) 400 barrel steel tanks within containment, on the back right-side. The north pad contains the midstream facility, (1) gas processing unit within containment, and (1) 400 barrel steel storage tank, also within containment. There are (2) additional 400 barrel steel tanks within containment, along County Road 16, near the lease road entrance. (Lat. 39.70921 Long. -81.25219) It will be noted that I spoke with Antero representative, Jonah Turner, during my inspection, and informed him to make sure that his operators have their wellheads identified with proper signage.
